pure passion...

For as long as I can remember, I have been cooking with passion and love for the products. I did not complete any training as a chef... because I never knew that I would become a chef! I only came to this very late... more precisely in 2016... like the virgin to the child... then professional cooking grabbed me... I developed & of course still every day... learn... discover... try... make mistakes... failed... travel a lot (Tokyo, Chicago, Paris,...).... have great employees... have fun.... get exhausted. ..

BUT in the end I am always and every day anew enthusiastic about tastes and first-class products!


My cooking can be explained quite simply... TASTE! Everything revolves around taste. Of course, a dish should also look great... but if the taste would lose because of the look, the taste always takes precedence! What really makes a great dish for me is the moment of first taste...salty...sweet...sour...bitter...umami...the texture...then it has you and you enjoy! My basic influences are Japanese & French cuisine. These are the cuisines that best reflect my taste and understanding of food. Of course, I'm in no way stuck here and I taste my way through the world...

HERE WE ARE... you sit at the bar and enjoy two dishes from the current menu (veggie is also welcome)... first with our bread, "greetings from the kitchen" & finally chocolates.



my mother *Ilva-Maria Reinwald* runs the service and creates our great and selected wine list with a lot of passion and love for wine...

For every menu, we always offer alternating perfectly matching wines as well as non-alcoholic or mixed accompaniments.

We generally rely on a lot of organic wines and the growing countries France, Germany & USA.
